SWIM TIME

Swim Time: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Swim day is TBD

Make sure to pack swimwear, a change of clothes & a towel.  Outside pool toys are not allowed.

What to Expect:
Campers will have 4 options:

  • Option 1: Parent/Guardian requires that the child always wear a lifejacket while swimming.
  • Option 2: Parent/Guardian chooses to have their child take a swim test to be in the water without the lifejacket. Those who do not pass the swim test will be required to wear a life jacket.
  • Option 3: Parent/Guardian allows their child to bypass the swim test and be in the water without a lifejacket. Lifeguards have the final say and if they deem that a child needs a lifejacket, a lifejacket will be required.
  • Option 4: Parent/Guardian does not allow their child to swim. Nonswimmers will use Splash Pad only.

Due to smaller camp ratios, all campers will swim on the same day.

Those that need lifejackets are tagged with a specific color wristband, and those that don’t will receive a different color wristband.
