The Epic will be closed from 12pm to 4pm on Saturday, December 4.

Due to unforeseen electrical disturbances at The Epic, we are currently operating with limited services inside the facility. Please bear with us as we make the necessary repairs in order to bring The Epic back up to full operating capacity. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding at this time.

Repairs are expected to occur tomorrow afternoon and we expect to resume normal operations on Monday, December 6. We will continue to provide updates as the situation improves. 

Local musicians around the metroplex will have an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of a live audience and judges. The top performer selected will have the opportunity to perform  at Grand Prairie’s annual Main Street Fest.

The Epic will be reopening the Multipurpose Court located next to the basketball court at the end of the month. The Multipurpose Court allows for additional open play volleyball and pickleball hours, as well as more programs, classes, and events. A schedule of future court activities will be released by the end of October.

To prepare for this amenity to reopen, The Epic will be closed Monday, October 25 – Friday, October 29 as fitness equipment currently on the Multipurpose Court is relocated to the main fitness floor. Other facility maintenance will also occur during this time.

We apologize for this closure and understand the impact it may have on your routine. Please see below for membership updates. We look forward to seeing you when The Epic reopens Saturday, October 30.

No experience is necessary and all training is provided for free.

Part time lifeguards can work 19 hours or less per week and there are weekday and weekend shifts available.  Lifeguards also receive a complimentary memberships to The Epic.
