Submitting this application does not guarantee a slot on EpicRadioGP. Requested show times are not guaranteed and may be subject to changes at the discretion of an Epic Radio GP representative. If application is approved, you must become an Epic volunteer, attend orientation, pass a background check, and sign an additional agreement form before scheduling your first show. Failure to complete the next steps will hinder your show times. Applications will be processed within 3-5 business days and a Epic Radio Coordiantor will be in contact with you. Only scheduled appointments will be honored. By submitting this form I am acknowledging that this is the first step in the application process and if approved additional contracts and terms will need to be completed before my shows production.
