I agree and understand the following terms.
I understand that this is not an inked agreement. This is a consultation form and The Epic will be reaching out with a quote based on my answers. The Epic has a right to refuse any rentals dependent on date, staffing needs, or specific details of the event. The Epic tries to accommodate all rental, but not all rentals fit the space. After receiving a quote back is it my responsibility to set up a meeting and follow the steps provided by The Epic. All rentals must be fully booked within 30 days of rental date. Failure to follow rental process may delay timeline and result in cancellation of your event.
