REQUIRED MATERIALS FROM ARTIST
The following materials must be emailed to the curator Haley Pierce
[email protected] at least 14 days before installation date of exhibition:
• Photographs of artwork that will be exhibited. including brief description and dimensions of each work in inches.
• A short artist bio.
• An artist's statement that describes the intent and background of the works to be exhibited.
DELIVERY AND REMOVAL OF ARTWORKS
Artist is responsible for transporting the artworks to be exhibited, and for picking up artwork after the exhibition has ended. Any exhibited artwork shall remain on display in gallery until removal date of the exhibition. If the artist has failed to retrieve the work 7 days after the removal date, they may be charged a fee of $15 per piece, per day.
INSURANCE
The Artist is solely responsible for providing insurance for their own possessions and personal property on the premises.
𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘱𝘪𝘤 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘴𝘵, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘌𝘱𝘪𝘤 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴, 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘧𝘵 𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘦.
LIABILITY
The Epic and its staff will not be held responsible for any losses or damages. This refers to any loss, or damage to possessions that may occur from any cause during the exhibition period covered by this agreement.
MARKETING AND PROMOTION
The Epic reserves the right to take photos of Artist's artwork and exhibition for use in marketing and other promotional purposes. Promotional designs and material will be produced in house, personal promotion is encouraged.
SALES
The Epic retains a 15% commission of the retail price of all artwork sold through the exhibition. The Epic shall pay the Artist all proceeds due to the artist within 30 days of sale.
