We offer fun and exciting group fitness classes for all fitness abilities that will challenge you and take you to the next level. Classes are included with your membership and are for Epic members ages 12 and up. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

HIIT focuses on building strength, explosive power and cardio. Get strong, build power, and torch calories!

INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING is a 45-minute class for those looking to improve exercise form and technique. The class will be divided into two segments: a review of the fundamental movement patterns, followed by a 25-minute strength-training circuit.

KETTLEBELL (KB) STRONG A total-body workout that builds strength and endurance utilizing kettlebell weights at high-intensity intervals. This class will take you through 8 rounds of exercises that will progress each week and can be modified for any level.

 

FITNESS ON DEMAND (FOD) is a global leader in the collection, curation and provision of high-quality, premium digital fitness content from some of the world’s leading names and experts in personalized fitness.

 

STAND-UP PADDLE BOARD (SUP) CORE A pool-based workout that builds core strength through continuous balance and stability on an anchored stand-up paddle board. The class will incorporate low-impact movements that progress each week to challenge your whole body while staying afloat.

  • SUP Core I (beginner)
  • SUP Core II (intermediate)
  • SUP Obstacle (advanced)
  • SUP Stretch & Float (all levels)

STRETCH & FLEX A class designed to help you wake up and get your body moving for the day by equally combining mobility and strength exercises using body weight and sometimes light dumbbells. A flow style class in real time with the instructor. Beginner to intermediate level. Modifications + progressions provided if needed.

YOGA has been around for more than 5,000 years and it does more than just burn calories and tone muscles. It is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
