As mayor of Grand Prairie, it’s with great excitement that I invite you to the EPIC Grandbreaking event on Saturday, Oct. 17. Gather your family and friends to spend an evening at Central Park – the site where we are breaking ground on the EPIC project.
Our award winning Parks, Arts & Recreation Department presents a night of free entertainment followed by a fireworks show. Max Baca & Los Texmaniacs, Rick Trevino and Joe Ely will perform 7-9 p.m. followed by an EPIC short film and groundbreaking ceremony. Fireworks will light up the sky at 9:15 p.m. Food and beverages will be available to purchase all evening. This is going to be a fun night for our community.
