Schedule subject to change. Epic members only. CrossFit add-on required. Maximum of 20 individuals per class. First come, first serve. Ages 12+. Epic Kids Fitness is free for Epic members ages 6-11.

Family Swim: For families and children to swim and play. Water features will be turned on. All children 6 and under must have a life jacket or an adult in the water within arm’s reach. Children under 12 must have an adult on deck.

Fitness Swim: For ages 12+ to lap swim, water walk, exercise or use the spa. Please share lap lanes. Lap lane use is limited to one hour.

Monday–Thursday nights: Two lanes will be available for lap swim.

Sensory Friendly Swim: Every Wednesday from 4 PM to 6 PM is reserved for children and adults with sensory or adaptive needs and their families.
