Located at 2960 Epic Place in Grand Prairie, Texas, The Epic is a 120,000-square-foot recreation and fitness facility Visit Grand Prairie built to serve the whole community. With The Epic 50+ weekly group classes, certified professionals, top-tier equipment, and a supportive community, there’s something here for every age and fitness level. Beyond the gym floor, The Epic features an indoor aquatic complex with heated pools, basketball courts, a dedicated CrossFit box, a performance theater The Epic, and arts programming ranging from visual arts and culinary classes to a recording studio and gallery space The Epic.
