CrossFitters say it has led them to the greatest fitness gains but that the real magic is in the community. Workouts are scaled to fit the needs of the novice and the professional alike. Join us as we embark on an Epic fitness journey that combines fitness with competition, camaraderie, and fun!
Introducing CF Foundations. A 4-week (8 sessions) program designed to help anyone new to CrossFit learn basic functional movements as well as the 10 domains of fitness: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Movements will be performed with body weight, PVC pipes, light weight training bars, and medicine balls and taught by our CrossFit 2960 training staff. We are here to welcome you, meet you where you are on your fitness journey, empower you by educating and challenging you, and to cheer you on as you progress forward. Our primary goal is to prepare you to join the group classes with confidence. Sessions are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm in the Multi-Purpose room and begin the first Monday of each new month.
