Featuring: Chris Lofland – Coach Chris is an ex-gymnast, diver, weightlifter and currently a Level 3 USAW coach as well as serves on the North Texas Board of Directors for USAW. Chris has coached weightlifting for over a decade and has experience coaching all ages and levels producing Youth National Champions, University Nation-al Medalists, Senior National Medalists, International Level Lift-ers and Masters Champions.
