We offer fun and exciting group fitness classes for all fitness abilities that will challenge you and take you to the next level. Classes are included with your membership and are for Epic members ages 12 and up. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CYCLE / STRETCH is a divided into two sessions. Cycle is the first half and is set to motivational music and blends endurance, intervals, hill training and sprints for a fun but challenging experience. The second half is focused on stretching and mobility.

 

BALLET BARRE is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. We focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body and lengthen your muscles.

EPIC BARBELL is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. We use light to moderate weights (barbells and benches) and lots of reps to give you a total body workout.

 

HIIT focuses on building strength, explosive power and cardio. Get strong, build power, and torch calories!

KETTLEBELL (KB) STRONG is a 45-minute workout that builds posterior chain strength utilizing a single kettlebell. This class will take you through a series of exercises working the entire body.

 

FITNESS ON DEMAND (FOD) is a global leader in the collection, curation and provision of high-quality, premium digital fitness content from some of the world’s leading names and experts in personalized fitness.

 

STAND-UP PADDLE BOARD (SUP) CORE is a 45-minute aquatic workout that builds core strength through continuous balance and stability on an anchored stand-up paddle board. The class will incorporate low-impact cardio movements that also challenge your endurance while staying afloat.

YOGA has been around for more than 5,000 years and it does more than just burn calories and tone muscles. It is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.
