#MotivationMonday: Tips for Achieving Your Goals

  • Share Your Goals
    Studies consistently show that sharing your goals with friends or family significantly increases success rates. Please share your goals and achievements with The Epic! We love to celebrate with you!
  • Keep it Simple
    Break down big goals in to less daunting increments. For example, “I want to lose 30 lbs” vs. “I want to lose 10 lbs” x 3. The first 10 lbs is a goal met! That’s great motivation to tackle the next 10 lbs. Before you know it, the main goal is achieved.
  • Give & Take
    Change doesn’t have to be painful! Redirect your habits.
    – When you want to have a soda, pick up an enjoyable book instead (Epic Reads has you covered!)

  • New Year’s Theme
    Instead of a resolution, pick a one-word theme that sets the tone for the year. (Find theme inspiration here)
